Mr. Tham Fun Yuen, Founding Director of Xuan Learning International Pte. Ltd., is an MBA graduate from the National University of Singapore with more than 16 years of business and management experience working for corporations in Asia, Europe and the US.

His strong interest in Chinese metaphysic began in his youth. For over 20 years, Mr. Tham has studied, researched, practised and lectured in an ancient Chinese empirical model (more commonly known as "BaZi" or the "8 Characters" systems) and to help others analyse their Personal SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) and beyond.

He founded Xuan Learning International in 2002 and he created a proprietary methodology known as, Personal Elemental Profile (PEP) ™ to promote a simplified and modern approach to this ancient study. He is driven by a strong belief that this tool can be easily learnt and effectively applied to everyday living.
