| Wan Su Sin is a Licensed and Certified Estate Agent. She is always upgrading her knowledge and skills by taking Courses conducted by the Institute of Estate Agents (IEA). Su Sin is currently a Senior Marketing Manager with Electronic Realty Associates Pte Ltd (ERA), an established and one of the largest Real Estate companies in Singapore. She joined ERA on 1st February 2010.
Prior to 1st February 2010, Su Sin was an Associate Manager with HSR International Realtors Pte Ltd for 1.5 years. But Asia Breeze Pte Ltd was the first real estate company where Su Sin started her career as a Property Consultant. Within a short span of time in Asia Breeze and HSR, Su Sin had gained much experience in real estate. She does Road Shows, Telemarketing, Door-to-Door marketing for the Toa Payoh, Sengkang/Ponggol precincts, together with her team-mates. Ever since Su Sin became a Property Consultant in 2007, she had closed almost 20 deals in rental and sale of properties in Singapore. Her forte is in Sale and Rental of Private Properties (including Condominiums) and Sale of HDB Apartments. Her done deals came to about S$3.5 million! It is quite an achievement for a new kid on the block in real estate business. Before she went into Properties, Su Sin was a Secretary. She had 20 years of working experience as a Secretary: 3 years in Lawrence Chua & Partners (law firm) – handled Litigation Cases (Accidents and Insurance matters); 10 years in Ascendas Pte Ltd – (1) assisted 3 Marketing Managers for 3 years and (2) assisted Accounts Manager for 7 years and handled payroll, bank reconciliation, compiling Agenda for Board Meetings and other multi-tasking jobs; and 7 years in Datium Investment Holdings Pte Ltd (property investment company) – handled administration duties and company operations. With her working experience and skills spanning 20 years, Su Sin is able to do more for her clients – an advantage and value-added service for them to benefit and enjoy. She will go the extra mile to ensure that her clients get to buy their Dream Home or rent a pleasant home that suits their budget, needs and requirements. Su Sin is a Member of the BNI Crescendo Chapter, Singapore since 2006. She had served as Membership Committee, Vice-President, Secretary/Treasurer, Event Coordinator and Visitor Host (1 term for each position). In 2008, Su Sin was selected as an Ambassador of Business Network International, Singapore (BNI). Currently, Su Sin is the President of Crescendo Chapter.
